The retreat will take place at the Radisson BLU Balmoral Hotel, approx. 1h40 from Brussels, 2 hours from Luxembourg, and 3 hours from Amsterdam.
For SCBWI members only - no spouses or pets
The negotiated rate below will include:
2 nights (Friday and Saturday)
2 breakfasts
1 dinner on Friday night (3 courses menu, but drinks at the person's expense)
Access to their Balmoral Wellness Center
A glass of sparkling wine on arrival
You can choose to stay in a single or double room.
Double room: 227 euros (p/p) (if you decide to room with a writer friend)
Single room: 366 euros

As with previous years, participants (once confirmed) will contact the hotel with credit card details. Full payment will be directly to the hotel on day of arrival.
