Book a professional headshot that captures your unique essence. A captivating headshot not only lends credibility to your craft but also invites readers and clients to connect with the face behind the words or art, making a lasting and impactful first impression.
Our wonderful photographer Scott Hester is offering headshot photo sessions for conference attendees. There are limited photo sessions available, so be sure to schedule your session early.
The headshot add-on must be chosen at time of registration.
After registration, Scott Hester will contact you to discuss your assigned photo shoot. You can also reach out to him at [email protected] with any questions. All photo shoots will be confirmed and scheduled no later than October 10, 2025.
You pay $125 for a 10-15-minute session. Attendees receive two professionally corrected photos. Scott Hester will provide you with instant delivery of proofs via online private photo gallery. Attendees receive all rights to the images, but if they are publicly posted or shared with publishers, they must credit the photographer as Scott Hester. No drop-ins day of event. However, if we have a cancellation, we will refer to the waitlist. We will not know until the day of the event so be prepared!
If you live nearby or are staying at the hotel, you have the option of getting your headshot on the Friday before Saturday’s conference! Just let Scott Hester know the times when you are available and he will do his best to schedule you before the event.
We will open a waitlist when photo sessions are filled and keep you posted through Oktoberfest mailers. Again, if this is something that interests you, don’t wait. Due to our time schedule, there are limited photo sessions available.
