Oktoberfest 2025

Professional Headshots

Book a professional headshot that captures your unique essence. A captivating headshot not only lends credibility to your craft but also invites readers and clients to connect with the face behind the words or art, making a lasting and impactful first impression.

Our wonderful photographer Scott Hester is offering headshot photo sessions for ALL conference attendees - members, non-members, and faculty. There are limited photo sessions available, so be sure to schedule your session early.

Scott Hester will contact you to discuss your assigned photo shoot. You can also reach out to him at [email protected] with any questions. All photo shoots will be confirmed and scheduled no later than October 10, 2025.

How It Works

You pay $95 for a 10-15-minute session.

  • Attendees receive two professionally corrected photos.
  • Scott Hester will provide you with instant delivery of proofs via online private photo gallery.
  • Attendees receive all rights to the images, but if they are publicly posted or shared with publishers, they must credit the photographer as Scott Hester.
  • No drop-ins day of event. However, if we have a cancellation, we will refer to the waitlist. We will not know until the day of the event so be prepared!

*Friday Night Option is no longer available.

Waitlist

We will open a waitlist when photo sessions are filled and keep you posted through Oktoberfest mailers. Again, if this is something that interests you, don’t wait. Due to our time schedule, there are limited photo sessions available.
