ALL HOUSING will be ON CAMPUS at the Highlights Foundation this year.
IMPORTANT: Housing will need to be booked separately from the retreat tuition. We highly recommend booking your housing on the same day that you register for the retreat. The Highlights Foundation reserves the right to release any rooms not reserved 45 days prior to the retreat (Monday, March 10, 2025). After that date, SCBWI East PA will not be able to guarantee housing availability.
Housing Prices:
- SINGLE OCCUPANCY (2-night stay; all meals included): $452
- DOUBLE* OCCUPANCY (2-night stay; all meals included): $336/per person
*Note: A LIMITED NUMBER of double-occupancy rooms are available. Please, note that we will NOT be assigning roommates. Those interested in a double occupancy MUST arrange their own roommate PRIOR to registering. Both roommates MUST name their chosen roommate when registering for accommodations with the Highlights Foundation to be eligible for a double occupancy.
How do I book my housing for the retreat?
- Participants MUST book their own housing for the retreat.
- Housing is first come first served.
- Please, book your housing arrangements the SAME DAY that you register for the retreat to ensure housing availability.
