Conference Bookstore

We are excited to offer the opportunity for attending-conference SCBWI members to sell their books at the AZ Fall Conference 2026. We have partnered with GBS Books and will have a store onsite at the conference.

Due to limited table space, GBS will allow up to 3 titles per author (5 books/inventory per title).

For traditionally published creators, titles need to be submitted by October 7, for books to be ordered and made available for sale.

For indie published creators, books will be brought by the author/illustrator to the conference before registration opens, November 14, at 7am. Every book will need to have a bookmark-sized info card tucked into book that lists: Price, title, author name. (If possible print these on the same colored paper so it is easier for GBS to differentiate between author's books.) 

***Consignment percentages are 10% to GBS, 90% to the creator. GBS will distribute earnings (in cash), and creators will pick it up, as well as leftover inventory, after the store closes the evening of November 14, 2026.***

This opportunity is available only to current SCBWI Members. Additional information will be provided for book sales through email.
