SCBWI Japan In-person summer party!

It’s summer party time. Join fellow SCBWI Japan members to catch up on what's been happening.

Location: Tokyo Women's Plaza

Time and date: Saturday, July 25th 6:00 pm ~ 7:30 pm Japan Time.

We'll start the session catching up on what everyone has been doing over the past six months, celebrate all our achievements, and think about our goals going forward.

Share your summer read recommendation - bring along your latest kid lit "must read " and let us know why this book appeals to you. It's a great way for us all to discover new titles.

Test out pitches and query letters critique section: if you have a pitch or query letter you'd like some feedback on bring it with you to share with the group. If you're a translator interested in applying for the SCBWI Translation Grant, we’ll be happy to go over any questions you have, or check out your pitches for the grant.

You can send your queries and/ or pitches to [email protected] by July 24th or bring them along.

After the event join us for dinner at a nearby restaurant. Make sure to register for dinner if you plan to join us.
