
Our goal is to brighten the day of a child who deals with an illness or injury that requires hospitalization or extensive medical treatment. Books offer a much-needed escape from the struggles these children and their families encounter as they seek help.
Your donations will go to the Ronald McDonald House and C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital. Both organizations do incredible work supporting families through various services. Whether it’s with life-saving medical treatments or providing no-cost housing while seeking treatment nearby, the Ronald McDonald House and C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital give kids opportunities to heal and thrive.
Our community knows that books also promote healing. Stories told on the laps of loved ones bring comfort, security, laughter, understanding, courage to face challenges, and joy. Your book donation will do all of that for children who deal with more than any child should.

When can you donate?
We are collecting book donations during the month of August. All books will be delivered to the Ronald McDonald House and C.S. Mott Children's Hospital the first week of September.
We will accept one, two, ten or however many books you would like to donate to these organizations.
Donations can include: board books, picture books, early readers, chapter books, graphic novels, MG and YA novels.
