Sonja McGiboney writes stories with a mix of photography, rhythm, and rhyme. Her children’s books aren’t just adorable—they sneak in learning, too!
Sonja is a member of the Gadsden Writers Community, the Isle of Wight Writers’ Group, the Chesapeake Bay Writers, SCBWI, 12 x 12 Challenge, The Alabama Writers Cooperative, The Alabama Writers Forum, and The National League of American Pen Women. Sonja is an independent author with over thirty picture books for children, including two Chapter Books – A Night in Lacey Manor and The Adventures of Eddie Elf.
She's been published in Three Anthologies: Pumpkin Spice and Haunted Nights, and Christmas on the Bay, with the Chesapeake Bay Writers in VA. Bonfire, A Campfire Anthology with the Pamlico Writers’ Group in NC.
