Step away from the everyday and immerse yourself in a retreat designed for creators. Surrounded by tranquility and inspiration, this is your opportunity to focus, recharge, and connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive environment.
Join members of SCBWI Benelux for an exclusive writing retreat in Mützenich, a small village in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The retreat will take place over three days (May 8-10), giving you plenty of time to work on your writing projects and socialize with other members. The retreat house is surrounded by fields, forests and plenty of walking trails, where you can spot deer, foxes, martens, hares, lynxes, raccoons, birds of prey, herons, and black storks. Mützenich is easily accessible by car from Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Price includes 2 nights, 2 breakfasts (as in the past, food will be a bring-your-own/potluck approach):

€226 per person in a single room
There are 7 bedrooms (3 of which are suites on the upper floor), all with a private bathroom.
We get the whole house to ourselves!

LAST DAY TO CANCEL WITHOUT A FEE: Friday 24th of April - ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellations after Friday the 24 will NOT be possible.
Rooms are spacious with an ensuite bathroom, a terrace, a wood burner, tons of great walks in the forest, plenty of cosy corners to sketch or write, brainstorming possibilities at dinner time and exchanging valuable tips.
-- Space will be limited, so confirm early
-- No spouses/partners and no pets
-- Price only includes the room; food will be a bring-your-own/potluck approach like in the past. You can store your food in the kitchen's huge fridge and be ready to share if happy to do so!
