Sharing the journey… how did you find it and what next? Followed by letter writing.

An informal social support meeting hosted on Zoom as part of SCBWI England South and London’s ‘Winter of Wellbeing’.

This is an opportunity to meet and chat with other children’s book creators as we try to look after our own creative wellbeing (and each other)!

You do not have to attend all the sessions, but you are encouraged to join the ones you can.

For our final session, there will be two sections:

Part 1:

Approximately 30 minutes for conversation where you will be encouraged to share how you found the WInter of Wellbeing, and what you hope to bring from it into the year ahead. There will be some prompt questions to help start the conversation.

Depending on the number of attendees, there may be breakout rooms to ensure that everyone gets a chance to chat and connect with others.

Part 2:

Writing a letter can be such a nurturing experience. There will be a short introduction to the art of letter writing, and then some time together to write a letter of your choice. This might be a letter of thanks to someone who has helped you on your journey, a letter of encouragement to your future self, or just a ‘hello!’ letter to a friend.

This event is £5 for members, £10 for non-members.

THIS EVENT IS FREE FOR ALL WINTER OF WELLBEING SEASON TICKET HOLDERS.
