In-Person Feedback

Portfolio or Manuscript Critiques ($80)

All of our faculty are offering critiques, which you can purchase at the time of registration until they are sold out. These are 10-minute sessions with written comments given. Your manuscript, dummy, images must be submitted prior to the conference. Details on formatting will be available in the Events tab of your SCBWI Member page. The critique submission deadline is February 7th. If you miss this deadline, you will not get a refund.

Please Note: These are critique sessions, not pitch sessions. However, if you are hoping to actually submit for publication or to get an agent, Tiff Liao and Sally Kim both will take queries/ submissions from attendees for a set period of time after the conference. Attendees will receive information during the conference itself regarding query submissions.

Faculty Critique Requests:

Dan Santat: Picture Books, Graphic Novel, Portfolio

Tiff Liao: All Manuscript types, with the exception of graphic novel
