Catherine holds a M.A. in Children's Literature from Simmons University and lives in Massachusetts with her husband, daughter, and two cats. Her work has appeared in The Horn Book Magazine.  She writes picture books and chapter books that often feature cats.  When she is not writing or reading piles of books, she can be found in the kitchen baking something delicious.
