K. L. Small writes fantasy stories for young readers and those who are young at heart. Her middle-grade novels include A Dress To Remember: A Fairy Tale, The Magic Carousel (Book 1, The Brass Ring Series), and The Christmas Carousel (Book 2, The Brass Ring Series). She was born in Queens, New York. She started college as a Creative Writing major and spent most of her professional career doing business writing.
