I live in southern Indiana with my family. I have a Ph.D. in Curriculum Studies, own an Etsy shop, and am a former teacher. My debut picture book, GRACE AND BOX, was published January 2021 by Feiwel and Friends, an imprint of Macmillan. It won the 2022 Indiana Authors Award in the Children's category. DO MOMMIES EVER SLEEP? was published in March 2024 by Little, Brown Books for Young Readers. My writing has been featured in places like Scary Mommy, Her View from Home, and Imagination Soup. I enjoy doing author visits to schools and libraries.
