About

Here in the Pacific NW, mysterious worlds exist beneath the sea and in the vast wilderness of the Cascade Mountains. Storm after storm blows inland to sculpt the trees and carve into the land. It's a wild place- perfect for writers and artists! I live on a small farm near Portland, Oregon. One of my primary challenges is to balance my writing and art work. My first novel, a Middle Grade paranormal adventure set up on Wy'east, is in the editing phase. I am also creating a Y/A paranormal romance. In my pastel paintings, I am completing 100 evocative images of the Columbia River Gorge and the Oregon coast as well as a number of symbolic bird and animal paintings in acrylic. The rest of the time, I am mostly chopping wood and carrying water.
