Penny Weber is a Long Island (NY) based children’s book illustrator who has been working in the field for over 15 years. She attended classes at NYC’s School of Visual Arts, but when it comes to illustrations Penny considers herself to be self taught. She has transitioned from painting with a paintbrush to using her Wacom tablet and Photoshop to release over 150 books and projects in her time as an illustrator. She lives with her husband and at least 2 of her three children as well as her very fat cat Tiger. (She is currently heavily lobbying for a puppy:)
