I am the award-winning YA fiction author of The Rowan Slone Series, and stand-alone novel, The Reformation of Marli Meade. My YA horror/thriller, Generation Annihilation, releases 10/2023.When not writing, I work as a mental health therapist for adults, and spend far too much time lost in my daydreams.I was born and raised in West Virginia, where my books are set, because there is really no landscape more conducive to atmospheric writing, and currently live outside of Washington, DC.Fun facts: I have a rescue pup named LilaBean; I'm a Scorpio (the likeness of which is tattooed on my ankle), and an introvert; I dream of living in a tiny house deep in the Appalachian Mountains with nothing but my pup, my kindle, and lip balm. I love my family and friends, but find great peace in being alone.
