What is a Book Look? Join fellow writers and illustrators for a dive into Craft and mentor texts. What makes a PB, MG, or YA novel sell? Let's analyze the factors and explore applying them to our own writing. We will alternate months between picture books and MG/YA. Watch the monthly Bulletin for information on which books will be the focus of discussion.
The February Book Look will present The Secret Garden, by Frances Hodgson Burnett. Let’s figure out what made this book a perennial favorite since its publication in 1911.
