The Don Freeman was established to enable members of our illustrator community to further their understanding, training, and work in the picture book genre. The winner of the Published category is Betsy Wallin and the winner of the Pre-published category is Jessica Goecke. Check out the upcoming issue of INSIGHT for a look at their gorgeous art. Both winners will receive a check for $1,000 to help in the completion of their latest project.
