First Pages With Agent Shannon Hassan at Marsal Lyon Literary Agency

March 15, 2025 (9:00am-12:00pm MT) at Superior Community Center. This workshop will help you hone and revise the crucial opening pages of your MG or YA manuscript. Shannon will critique your first 10 pages using the SCBWI Gold Form, and you will also receive feedback on your work from the other participants. In the group debrief session, each participant will have 15 minutes of time to discuss your feedback from Shannon, ask questions, and consider next steps for your manuscript. The cost is $75 for SCBWI members and $90 for non-members. This workshop will be limited to 10 participants, and Shannon will critique Middle Grade and Young Adult manuscripts (all genres welcome).
