Congratulations to Cynthia Harmony on her new book deal.

Alex Aceves at Holiday House has bought world rights to Row, Sow, Grow: The Past and Future of Mexico’s Floating Gardens by Cynthia Harmony, illustrated by Laura Sandoval Herrera, for the Books for a Better Earth collection. This nonfiction picture book explores the science and history of chinampas, innovative floating farms originated by the Nahuas, the indigenous people of Mexico. Publication is planned for summer 2026; James McGowan at BookEnds represented by the author, and Aliza Hoover at the CAT Agency represented the illustrator.

Congratulations to Kathie McMahon & Tom Tate on their upcoming book release.

Congratulations to Kathie McMahon and Tom Tate on the upcoming release of the eighth, and final, book of their Mortimer and Me chapter book series, MOOSE ON THE RUN. They will be hosting a Moose Party on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 10:30am-12:pm in the Neely Community Room at HD South (home of the Gilbert Historical Museum), located at the SW corner of Gilbert Rd and Elliot in Gilbert. There will be fun activities for the kids, including crafts, games, and puzzles - refreshments too! Fun for all ages.

Congratulations to Debra Pehrson Haun on her debut publication success.

Happy to announce that TWITCH, my debut author/illustrator picture book received an “OUR VERDICT: GET IT” honor from Kirkus Reviews this year. TWITCH has now been chosen by the editors of Kirkus Reviews to be featured in their “40 Indies Worth Discovering” magazine online and in print this fall, November 1. Congratulations to Karen Robbins on the release of her new shared reader.

My new shared reader, I CAN COUNT, just released on KDP in paperback by Hide and Seek Press. The hardback will be released soon on IngramSpark. It will help all children with or without disabilities have fun learning to read together while also being introduced to beginning math concepts.
