Refund Policy

SCBWI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
SCBWI Regions are managed by unpaid volunteers.
Region funds support programs that benefit SCBWI members.
Registration payments for webinars cannot be refunded because the recording will be available for viewing for 30 days following the broadcast.
Professional manuscript critiques, portfolio reviews, and other exclusive events are contracted in advance, these payments cannot be refunded.
