SCBWI-NT Bookstore Visits

About Bookstore Visits

SCBWI North Texas Bookstore Visits are casual opportunities to connect with fellow children’s book creators while supporting independent bookstores in our region.

These visits are intentionally simple. There may not be a formal program or presentation. Instead, members can stop by, browse, talk books, meet other writers and illustrators, and spend time in a space that supports the children’s literature community.

Some visits may have a designated SCBWI North Texas volunteer or point person to look for when you arrive.

Bookstore Visits are open to anyone who would like to connect with the local children’s book community unless otherwise noted.
