Hi Lynn. What are we celebrating with you?

I was accepted to the 2025 Fall Futurescapes Workshop!

Congratulations! What does this opportunity mean to you?

This will be an opportunity to improve the first book in my sci-fi YA duology, which is fully written and undergoing late-stage revisions. 

What do you feel led you to this place on your journey?

Making connections has been crucial to my writing journey. From SCBWI to conferences, workshops, and more, the collaborative creative spirit of events like the Fall Futurescapes Workshop inspires me and energizes me to continue writing! 

Do you have any advice for Breezers who want to achieve something similar?

Find a writing group to plug into, get developmental edits before you query, and never give up! Most importantly, never lose sight of the fun of storytelling.
