Kat Brzozowski

Kat Brzozowski is a senior editor at Feiwel & Friends, an imprint of Macmillan Children's Publishing Group, where she has worked since 2016 after seven years at St. Martin's Press. She has edited a wide range of titles, including New York Times-bestsellers and award winners. Kat acquires picture books, middle grade novels, YA fiction, and the select adult crossover title. In picture books, she is drawn to human characters and themes or stories she hasn't seen explored before. In middle grade, she likes timeless but timely stories with a lot of heart. In young adult fiction, she loves high-concept contemporary stories with great hooks as well as books with genre elements that are mostly rooted in our world.
