Bio

Amy Jameson began her agenting career at Janklow & Nesbit Associates in NYC, where she launched Newbery Award winning author Shannon Hale’s career. She launched A+B Works in 2004 with her husband Brandon, providing literary representation, editorial coaching, brand development and design services. Amy represents NYT bestselling author Jessica Day George and a wonderful list of up-and-coming young adult, middle grade and picture book authors. Her "favorites" list includes audiobooks, theatre, the mountains and deserts of the West, ice cream and her three kids.

Interests

Amy is looking for: picture book manuscripts (funny, smart, science/nature/history, social emotional learning, diverse cultures and experiences), middle grade fiction with humor and heart (realistic contemporary, or fantasy based on lesser-known cultures), YA fiction (realistic thrillers, mystery, romance, adventure, school stories; historical covering lesser-known time periods/cultures; romantic element always a plus!)
