SCBWI New York: West/Central Upstate
We are a wide-ranging group of Children's Book and Young Adult writers and illustrators living in a region that stretches from the St. Lawrence River in the north, west to the shorelines of Lake Ontario and Lake Erie, and south to Pennsylvania. Our major cities include Watertown, Syracuse, Ithaca, Binghamton, Elmira, Rochester, Niagara, Buffalo, and Jamestown. Region counties are Allegany, Broome, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Erie, Genesee, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario, Orleans, Oswego, Otsego, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, St. Lawrence, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates.
