September's Book Buzz features authors Cai Deckmann, Mary Vander Plas, and Kelly Flanagan. The Beyond part features special guests Kathy Galvin from the Wisconsin Center for the book and award winning author Jerrianne Hayslett.

Celebrate World Kidlit Month with eight dynamic, 20-minute presentations. Join us all month long for this fast-paced, inspiring series created for writers and illustrators ready to grow their careers. To view recordings: Go to SCBWI.org. Click Member Home in the top right corner. Click My Events from across the top. Scroll to find the correct event. Click the green Meeting Info button. All recordings will be available until Oct 31. This series is made possible by a grant from SCBWI and the Authors Coalition of America.

Join us from 10-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19th at the Sun Prairie Library. Sarah J. Mendonca will present "Plotting the Bones of Your Story." The building recently underwent a beautiful transformation, and you've got to save time to check out the children's area (and fish tank) before/after our meet-up.
