PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLISHED AUTHORS - BOOK DISPLAY TABLE: 

We encourage SCBWI CenCal Members (or other region members who have actively participated in recent CenCal events) to participate in our showcase at Saturday’s 10/24/26 in-person Writers & Illustrators Day conference at the Camarillo Community Center.

Eligibility: SCBWI premium (paid) members registered for Saturday’s 10/24/26 in-person Writers & Illustrators Day conference are eligible to participate. (Other region members who have actively participated in recent CenCal events may be also be eligible to participate; please check with Alexandra Little.) * SCBWI Membership must be current and active at time of registration; if you are not sure of your status, contact SCBWI Headquarters for assistance.

1.    Email co-RA Alexandra Little ([email protected]) no later than September 8th to express your interest in displaying your book.  We will have 48 spaces allotted, with each space being 12” wide by 24” long.

2.    Prepare your Display: You are welcome to set up your display any way that you wish (book, handouts i.e. business cards, postcards, bookmarks bio sheet, brochures, etc.), as long as materials are within the established boundaries. Clearly mark any materials that are for display only. CENCAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR MATERIALS.
