Please keep in mind that there is no group discount code. Fall is a busy time in Nashville! If staying at the hotel, please book early, as rooms can fill up on weekends for college football and Titans games.

The Sonesta is big! When you enter the hotel lobby, you will turn right and follow signs to the SCBWI Midsouth Conference area!
Parking
There is complimentary self-parking at the Sonesta for conference attendees.
AIR TRAVEL
If you are flying, the closest airport (3.5 miles) is Nashville International Airport (BNA). There are many options for getting from the airport to the hotel, including Uber/Lyft, taxi, or renting a car, should you choose to. Most hotels near BNA offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.
OTHER HOTEL OPTIONS
Many attendees may choose to stay at the Sonesta, but there are other affordable options nearby. A brief Google search of the area will give plenty of choices. Value and number of stars vary greatly, as does whether or not breakfast or parking are included, so please do your research before booking your stay!
NEARBY DINING OPTIONS
The restaurant at the Sonesta is the only restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The Donelson area of Nashville is a short drive and has many options with varying price points and menu items. Or, for those willing to drive a little or Uber/Lyft, explore Downtown/Broadway or the amazing offerings in neighborhoods like East Nashville, 12 South, Midtown, Sylvan Park, Wedgewood/Houston, or the Nations!
