Want to polish your middle grade or young adult novel? Join our four-day small-group intensive writer retreat in idyllic Idyllwild. You’ll be able to hone your craft and polish your manuscript with the guidance of industry professionals. This event includes four critique group sessions led by an agent or editor, a 1:1 coaching session, and optional paid written critiques.

Mark your calendars for registration morning. We only have 28 spots and we fill up quickly.
When registering, you may add up to TWO written critiques prior to the conference. We want to give all attendees a fair chance to get critiques. If you sign up for three, we will delete one of them from your registration. If you register for four, we'll delete two. Once 28 people register, we'll email you to let you know how many critique spots remain open. It's like the mess hall at camp. We want everyone to get their meals before anyone goes back for seconds.
