Housing & Meals Not Included in Tuition Cost
Retreat accommodations are an additional cost and must be purchased separately through an outside vendor. As there is no room block reserved for off campus housing, we highly recommend booking housing on the same day as registering for the retreat to ensure availability.
All retreat meals will be held at The Highlights Foundation and requires the purchase of a meal plan for all off-campus and one-day participants. Once you register for the retreat, the link to pay for your meal plan through The Highlights Foundation will be located under "More information" in your scbwi.org My Events feed.
Add a Faculty One-on-One Meeting
A limited number of faculty critiques and career consultation meetings are available at an additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
A $100 programing cancellation fee will be applied from Eastern PA SCBWI for cancellations after April 11, 2025. Additional cancellation fees may be applied on housing cancellations by the Highlights Foundation or off-campus sites.
