How to Use Our Zoom Breakout Rooms

After joining our main conference Zoom (please see your registration confirmation email for the link), you will need to join a breakout room for each Saturday breakout session and Sunday intensive.

To do so, you will need to click the Breakout Rooms Button.

From there a popup window will appear with the four breakout rooms for each session or intensive. Please select Join for the session or intensive you would like to attend.

Once you confirm that yes, you do wish to join that breakout room, you will be transferred over into it.

At the end of each session, the room will be closed and you will be transferred back into the main conference room.

During the breaks before each breakout, the rooms will be opened again, and you will be able to once again choose the room and session you would like to attend.

To know which session is being held in which room, please refer to the PDF map that you can download below.

Each room lists which sessions it will host there.
