We are looking for a new illustration to represent our region! We love our cowboy, designed by Ken Lamug, but it is time to choose a new image to represent writers and illustrators of children's literature in Nevada. You must be a member of SCBWI living in Nevada to enter the contest. All entries are due by December 1, 2025. The link below will take you to our entry form. You may submit up to three entries/designs per person.
Our Nevada monthly in-person meetings are on the first Sunday of each month (unless otherwise noted) from 3:30 pm - 4:30pm. In Las Vegas, we meet at the East Las Vegas Library, 2851 E Bonanza Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89101. We will be meeting in the multipurpose room. In Reno, we meet at Sierra Arts Gallery, 17 S Virginia St, Reno, NV 89501. Each presentation is followed by an opportunity for questions, networking and socializing. If you are in the area, we invite you to drop in.
