Bios & Comp Ttles!

Tuesday, February 27th 2024

6:30 – 8:00 PM, Eastern Time

We're meeting by Zoom and in person

at the DeWitt Library

5110 Jamesville Rd, Jamesville, NY 13078

Lat month we discussed pitches and plot summaries. This month we'll discuss bios and comp titles.

You've worked on your pitch or plot summary, what else do you need to include in your query letter? This month we'll focus on bios and comp (comparable) titles. If you'd like to share your bio and get some feedback, great.

Finding a good comp title can be difficult, and many agents ask for two! We'll have a discussion about how to find the right comp. If you've been in the query letter trenches for a while, share your knowledge, and ideas.

If you are new to query letter writing, bring your questions!
