Meet Becki
The SCBWI-Wisconsin’s Member of the Month for January is Becki Kidd because of her over-the-top support of SCBWI. Becki has been a member since 2023. In those 2+ years, she has consistently been one of the first to register for SCBWI online events and attend in-person events. Becki says she loves learning and attending events with other writers. “It gets my creative juices flowing,” she explained. She added how she gets so much out of using her membership to the fullest.
Becki has been writing for over twenty years, off and on. She is working on a fantasy series titled, The Finishing Course. She has two manuscripts ready for submission and is finishing up edits on her third manuscript. Some of you may remember that Becki was the southeast area representative for SCBWI-WI prior to Covid. Thank you Becki for being such an active member. We appreciate your dedication to SCBWI-WI.
