I am an immigrant from South India and live in Southern California with my family. After living many years as a software engineer, I shifted gears to pursue my lifelong desire to become a writer. I write picture books and young adult fiction. In my spare time, I snuggle with my Kindle E-reader or binge watch web series on Netflix. Outside of KidLit, I also write new adult and romance novels. I found my agent through an SCBWI writer’s day event in 2021 and my debut picture book, What Color Is The Baby? is slated for spring 2025 through Candlewick Press.
