ABOUT: We are discussing the middle grade book, "The Shape of Lost Things" by Sarah Everett. We will talk about plot and characters from a writers' perspective.

WESTSIDE ILLUSTRATORS

ABOUT: Our activity will focus on creating illustrated spreads around poems — practicing how to integrate words into our images, or thoughtfully leave space for them within our compositions. One of our members, Carol Green, will be leading us through creating a haiku for us to illustrate. If joining online, please have paper, a pencil, and any general art materials on hand so you can play along!
