PAL Members
PAL stands for “Published and Listed.” PAL members have published books with traditional publishing houses that do not charge money to authors or illustrators. SCBWI-L.A. supports its PAL members by helping them find an audience for their work and create a supportive network of publishing professionals. Our primary means of communicating these opportunities is via email – so watch your inbox for messages from SCBWI-Los Angeles.

Change your membership level to PAL
While we work to update our PAL publisher's list on the new site, this option is on hiatus. In the meantime, feel free to add your book to your profile and the member bookstore anyway (under Member Home > Share Your Work)! For now, you'll stay at the level you were when you joined. Stay tuned for an announcement on when you'll be able to upgrade from Associate to Full or Full to PAL.
